For Alexander McQueen's FW12 runway show, Sarah Burton rebelled against the idea that the future must be "stark and cold" and instead delivered a poetic collection that was as feminine as it was visionary. One of the first looks presented, this icy lilac skirt with its textured-brocade and hand-embroidered metallic blooms. Cut to sit at the slimmest part of your frame, the skirt has voluminous pleats that accentuate the flared shape. There were only few pieces of this skirt available for sale. Very rare and unique skirt.
